Desk: Good news has come out for the candidates of Bihar. Because soon vacancies are going to come out on many vacant posts of teachers in the state. According to the information received, soon more than 1.5 lakh teachers are going to be appointed. The Bihar government will complete all the formalities for the recruitment of 1.25 lakh teachers in primary and secondary government schools after the panchayat elections. The assembly was informed about this on Thursday.
Giving that information, Bihar Education Minister Vijay Kumar Choudhary said that after the Panchayat elections are over in the state, the Education Department will soon complete the process of recruitment of 1.25 lakh school teachers. Around 40,000 teachers have already been appointed by the department.
He further informed that the government’s goal is to open one senior secondary school in every panchayat of the state. There will be no shortage of teachers in the government schools of the state. Earlier, RJD MLA Lalit Kumar Yadav, who was involved in the discussion, said that the recent report of the NITI Aayog states that the failure of the Nitish government has come to the fore with facts and evidence. The report has placed Bihar at the bottom in terms of education, health and welfare as compared to other states.
Let us tell you that if we talk about the salary of primary and higher secondary teachers in Bihar Education Department, at present, teachers are given salary from 2000 grade pay to 28,00 grade pay, adding the same basic salary and allowances. It ranges from ₹ 36,000 to ₹ 38,000, after the 7th pay commission there has been an increase in the salary of all the teachers.
