In the coming one or two years, many roads will be constructed around Patna. The construction of the much awaited resort being built between Danapur and Bihta will be started soon. Please tell that this road is to be constructed in about 20 kms. For this, compensation will be available soon in lieu of the land taken from the farmers.
Tender will be issued after land acquisition.
The first installment of Rs 104 crore released by the government will be given in the bank account of the farmers through the District Land Acquisition DLO officer. After completion of 90% land acquisition for the construction of the road, the tender will be floated in March next year. The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is completing this project. The officials of NHAI are working in the direction of land acquisition by coordinating with the Patna district administration continuously. After land acquisition, work order will be issued by issuing tender and this project is to be completed in 3 years. A total of ₹ 2300 crore will be spent on the project.
So much land is needed.
A total of 62 hectares of land is required for this 20-km-long elevated road project. In this, railway land is also to be acquired between Danapur and Shivala. According to the information received from NHAI, it has been agreed to get 4 hectares of land from the Railways. For the construction of 28 meters wide road from below, land acquisition is required from the farmers. A total of Rs 450 crore is to be given for land acquisition from farmers. Out of this, the first installment of Rs.104 crore has been approved. Soon it will be paid to the farmers.
