High Court bans the joining of selected candidates for 2446 posts including Inspector in Bihar, know the whole matter..



Desk: A very big news has come out for the candidates who are preparing for Bihar Inspector, the department had taken out a total of 2446 posts of Inspector, Sergeant and Assistant Jail Superintendent under Bihar Police and Prison and Correctional Services, its final result also released. Whereas the candidates who have been selected are waiting for a long time to go to training. But, now they will have to wait for the conclusion of the court.

According to the information received, some candidates had filed a case in the High Court against the result of 2446 Inspectorate examination, advocate Ritika Rani fought for the complainants in the High Court, she said that 268 candidates including Sudhir Kumar Gupta have complained that they have appeared in the examination. While the number of questions more than the cut off score have been correctly solved, when the Commission uploaded the scorecard on its website on 1st August 2021, it was found that about 236 candidates have marks more than the cut off but they were not selected.

He further said that the High Court was taken for this matter, now during the hearing of the court, the court has put a stay in view of the seriousness of this whole matter, he told that now no joining letter will be given to any candidate. The process of reinstatement will be stopped, the commission will have to answer many unresolved questions in the court.

Please tell that till this matter will be pending in the High Court. Till then the whole process regarding the reinstatement will be put on hold, the same candidates who have been selected for this reinstatement are waiting for the training for a long time.
