- Review: DM reprimanded the officers for getting irregularities in government schemes, on-the-spot solution of problems
Under the Sarkar Aapke Dwar program, the DM on Wednesday reviewed the public welfare schemes being run by the government for the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes people in the Naxal-affected area of Dharhara block.
During this, the DM contacted the people of Khopwar, Kareli, Santhal Tola, Saradhi, Koylon, Azimganj Panchayat’s Rehatand, Goraiah etc. villages of Banglewa from house to house and inquired about getting the benefits of government schemes.
Along with this, people were made aware to stay away from alcohol. The DM inquired about the problem of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Anganwadi, social security pension, ration card, health, education road etc. Simultaneously, the solution of all the problems was done on the spot. At the same time, seeing the irregularity in the plans, reprimanded the officials.
CO did not give the report of the housing plan to the DM
At the same time, the DM strongly reprimanded for not providing the survey report related to the housing scheme by the BDO. On receiving the complaint related to food grains, directed the MO to take action against the dealer Asghar Ali. On the occasion, the DM distributed the pamphlet among the ten landless people. On the demand of the villagers, the DM assured that the school building in Kareli, the community building in Santhal Tola, would be constructed within six months.
SP Jagunath Reddy asked the villagers to join the mainstream of the society and take advantage of the welfare schemes of the government. Stop supporting the Naxalites and cooperate with the police, he said.

Health camp will be held on 9th of every month
The Civil Surgeon informed that a health camp would be organized on the 9th of every month in the tribal area. He said that in the health check-up camp, a total of 368 people were screened for health check-up. During this free medicines were made available among the villagers. Corona vaccine was given after making 70 people aware. Iron tablets were given among the people by making them aware of anemia.
