here are the reasons
Under the Namami Gange program, a comprehensive action plan was prepared to make the cities of the state garbage free. Under this, sewerage treatment plants were installed at various places. The drains of the cities were prevented from entering the Ganges. Apart from this, a large number of toilets were also built under the campaign to get rid of open defecation.
it would have been better
If the state also comes ahead in the ranking of districts and cities
If the cities get a higher position in the zonal ranking too
Bihar does not come at the bottom in the ranking of a state with more than a hundred municipal bodies.
